Billing creates the order with your selected plan and location. Estimated VPS activation is up to 120 seconds after payment. It may take longer during high load or additional verification.

Yes. You can change the plan from the dashboard, and upgrades are usually handled without manual data migration.

You can request an availability notification or choose the closest available configuration in another location.

Choose the sold-out plan and location, enter your email, and accept the required policies. We will email you when that configuration becomes available again. A duplicate request for the same plan and location is not created.

The traffic allowance depends on the plan and is shown under “Details”. If you need more, additional traffic packages can be purchased from the dashboard.

Backups are available as an optional add-on for supported VPS plans. One copy is created daily; the three most recent successful copies are retained, and the oldest is removed after a new copy is created. This does not replace your own backups of important data.

Baseline network traffic filtering is included with the service. It does not guarantee protection against every attack type or capacity; individual protection requirements should be discussed with support in advance.
